And if you register your interest by emailing us, and tell us which trees you will be helping to look after, we will send you updates on new tree plantings or planned tree works taking place in your street.

- water during the first few years after planting
- remove weeds from around the base of the tree
- prune any small or damaged branches
- remove basal growth - small shoots growing from the base of the trunk
- report any damage - caused by vehicles, dogs, building works or vandalism
