Haringey Tree Protectors: Haringey Tree Protectors: Threats to mature trees in Haringey, campaigns and a new coalition
The Haringey Tree Protectors are a grassroots campaign group set up to protect mature trees in Haringey's urban environment. Founders Gio Iozzi and Jo Syz will be talking about their various campaigns, the threats to local mature trees in Haringey and how they've taken steps to form a national coalition group of tree campaigners to lobby for a change in the law. Haringey Tree Protectors are currently trying to protect a century old plane tree in Stroud Green.
