Tasting Notes

2019 Legacy Oak 4% ABV
Copper colour with citrus and pine aromas and fruity citrus and caramel on the palate. 

2018 Legacy Oak 4.7% ABV
Premium Bitter copper coloured with light citrus and earthy hop notes created in  honour of a special Tottenham tree, the Bruce Castle Oak in the grounds of Bruce Castle.
 
2017 Legacy Oak 4.6% ABV
Chestnut coloured Premium Bitter with malts providing coffee aromas and some hazelnut and caramel on the palate, while Bramling Cross hops offer some dark fruit flavours. Citrus notes and an earthy bitterness lasts into the finish.

In Tottenham seven trees were planted in a ring over 400 years ago for reasons lost in time; the Seven Sisters area and the underground station are named after them. The seven trees have been replanted a number of times, always by seven sisters. 

The Tottenham Trees logo, shown on the right, is a silhouette of the Bruce Castle Oak with the logo of the Charter for Trees, Woods and People launched in November 2017, on the 800th anniversary of the Royal Charter of the Forest.
